Order & design intake
Tell us what you want: product type (mug, tee, hoodie, stamp, frame), quantity, and any reference images or text. Send your artwork in high resolution: vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) for logos, or 300 DPI at actual print size for images (PNG/JPEG). If you can, provide CMYK files and outline fonts. We’ll confirm price, material options, and lead time before moving forward.
Proofing & approval
We create a digital mockup and a production proof for your review. Ask for changes, we revise, and once you approve the final proof we lock the design and confirm the order. For large runs we can produce a physical sample on request before full production. Payment and delivery details are finalized at approval.
Production & quality control
We use the right printing method for each item, for example sublimation for ceramic mugs and photo frames, DTG or screen printing for T-shirts and hoodies, and precision engraving or rubber milling for stamps. Every batch goes through color checks, curing, trimming, and a quality inspection so print alignment, color and finish meet the proof.
Packing, delivery & aftercare
Products are packed with protective packaging and labeled for safe transit. We ship with tracking and can arrange express or bulk logistics when needed. If any item arrives damaged or has a verified print defect, send photos to support and we’ll reprint or refund according to our policy.
