Novotech Print is dedicated to ensuring that all orders are delivered on time and safely. With our Shipping and Delivery Policy, we detail the shipping methods, estimated delivery times and other important information that guide us.

1. Shipping Methods and Charges

Shipping Choices: Novotech Print offers various shipping options for your convenience, consisting of standard and expedited shipping.

Shipping Costs: Shipping rates will be calculated by destination, dimensions and weight of package, shipping service selected. Actual fees when you check out on your order.

Free Shipping: Occasionally, Novotech Print has offered free shipping with eligible orders. You can check our website or by e-mail where conditions and dates would be mentioned.  

2. Delivery Times

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times vary by shipping as well as region:

Domestic Shipping

Domestic standard delivery within [country name]: Typically 3-7 business days. Faster options are available and usually take 1-3 business days.

International Shipping

International orders deliver within 7-21 business days. In-house computations depend on your region and custom processing. Customers will incur applicable custom duties or taxes as applicable.

3. Order Processing Time

Production Time: Products that will have to be printed with the design as a custom take 3-5 business days. Production time for non-custom items may also depend on the complexity and size of the order, which usually takes about 1-2 business days to process.

Confirmation of Order Immediately after placing an order, you will receive an email that confirms the order. The order will be processed and shipped. You can trace your package with the tracking number that we are going to send you when it is available.

4. Tracking Information

After the shipment, you would receive an email containing your tracking information. Use the webpage of the carrier to track your package. In case you realize that there is a problem while tracing your package, please get in contact with our support team.

5. Package Not Received/Broken

If your package was returned undeliverable or lost, we will do everything in our best interests to make sure you get your order within a certain amount of time.

Re-ship an order at no extra shipping cost if we find out that the package cannot be delivered because of an error in the address or simply because it was refused at the delivery point. If your package fails to arrive during transit, please contact us within 14 days of when it was supposed to arrive, and we will do our best to help you out.

We strive to keep all of our product information, including but not limited to descriptions, images and prices, correct. Due to the volume of information pertaining to our product, mistakes can be made. In case of an inaccuracy, Novotech Print has the right to correct an error and update information about our products at any time.

2. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, images and text, are owned by Novotech Print. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of copyrighted materials is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct

The user agrees to use our website and services responsibly and abstains from taking actions that may possibly harm our website, infringe other’s rights, or impair the enjoyment of other users.

4. Limitation of Liability

Novotech Print will in no event be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or services, except as required by applicable law.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Novotech Print is aware of the fact that changes in plans sometimes become inevitable. For this very reason, a cancellation and refund policy that defines when and how orders may be cancelled and when refunds are applicable, is necessary and clearly stated.

1.Cancellation of Order Procedure

Custom Printed Products: Since the order for printing custom products starts producing, no cancellation can be made for orders placed for such custom printed products. Because they are custom-made products.

Non-Custom Products: Requests for cancellation of order for non-custom products can be met if made within a 24-hour window after placing an order. Because once the amount of an order has been processed for payment and initiated to start production, it shall be too late to cancel or stop the process.

2. Refund Policy

Custom Printed Products: Refunds are usually not provided for custom printed products except if it’s a Novotech Print error or defect. Please visit our Refund and Returns Policy for full terms.

Non-Custom Items: For non-custom printed goods, a refund would be possible if it is returned in the same state as when delivered, within 14 working days. Shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense unless Novotech Print has defaulted. 

Shipping Fees : Shipping Fees gathered during shipping will not be refunded unless Novotech Print made a mistake or if a defective item was shipped to the customer.

3. The Refund Process

To process a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support: You may write to us at [support email] including your order number and reason for return.

Attach Supporting Documents: If the return is because of defect or mistake, kindly attach photographs or other documents relevant to the case.

Refund Approval and Process: After the approval of your refund, we will process for the original form of payment within 10-15 business days. Processing times might be different at your financial institution.

4. Items Not Eligible for Return

Personalized or customized printed merchandise

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards etc
