Novotech Print offers high-quality, professionally printed products. Since our products are crafted to meet demanding customer specifications, there are situations that do not allow us to issue a full refund and return. This return and refund policy outlines all terms and conditions dealing with returns and replacements for the transparency and protection of our customers and our company.

1. Special Printing Products

Custom printed products include any product, which has been ordered specially, printed, or personalised according to the client’s specific specification. Once an order for a custom-printed product is placed and the production has started, then the sale shall be considered final.

Refund Policy for Custom Printed Products:

No Refund Policy: The products ordered as custom printed are not refundable items since the mentioned products have lots of personalization to it.

Exceptions to Non-Refund Policy: Novotech Print retains the right to replace, free of charge, or give a partial refund on a case-by-case basis should a verifiable error occur with the product’s quality falling below industry standards.

Production Mistakes: If an item is received that substantially does not conform to what we have agreed upon for design (i.e., wrong colors, fonts, or layout), due to our error, we will replace it at no charge to the Customer. The Customer must notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. Proof of defect shall be by photograph, description, or in any other manner pertinent.

Damaged Goods: In the rarest case where some products come out damaged during either manufacturing or shipping, Novotech Print shall replace the item or give partial or total refund depending on the extent of the damage. The customers must provide photographic evidence of damage within 7 days of receiving their orders.

2. Non-Custom Printed Products

For non-personalized printing products, which are in general items that aren’t cataloged with personalization, we have a refund and return policy that strictly allows only for a limited refund.

Terms of Refund & Return for No Custom Print Products

Flawed/Damaged Products: We require the customer to reach out to us within 7 working days upon receipt of such product that is defective or damaged during shipping. We will check on the damage, considering a case-by-case basis, to proceed for replacement or refund.

Return Eligibility: Only non-custom printed merchandise is returnable if in its original, unused condition with packaging and tags still attached. Product cannot be returned or refunded if the merchandise shows signs of wear or alteration.

Return Policy: Refund any product within 30 days of purchase by writing to us first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and return shipping is at the cost of the customer unless the error was on Novotech Print part.

3. Return & Refund Procedure

We do want things to go as smooth as they may appear so kindly read the steps here for a seamless return procedure:

Step 1: Reach us.

Raise your concern to our support team at [your support email] within 7 days from the date of delivery. To this end, let’s have your order number, with a detailed description of the problem and any photographs that can be relevant as well.

Step 2: Evaluation

Our team will evaluate all the information that you provide us to determine whether the product qualifies under all conditions for a refund or replacement. If they perceive more information is needed to complete the evaluation process, we may request it.

Step 3: Return Authorization

We will recommend which course to take if we approve re-instatement or replacement. We will not accept returns without authorization or without prior communication.

Step 4: Refund/Replacement Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will confirm that it meets our acceptance criteria. In the original form of payment within 10-15 business days of receiving, we will refund the purchase price or credit the account, as appropriate. When necessary, we will process and ship the replacement within 7-10 business days.

4. Additional Terms & Conditions

Order Cancellations: Orders for customized printed products cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun. However, the customer can cancel before the actual production process if he/she wants to; notify us as soon as possible.

Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there has been an error on the part of Novotech Print or if the products get damaged due to shipping. With regard to returns, shipping fees will be applied.

Revisions & Reprints: Novotech Print prints only one reprint within 7 days with an error discovered by the order. Customer should call Novotech Print for a reprint. No printing will be done after a month has elapsed.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
